MIDDLE SCHOOL ADVISORY BOARD
From Dr. Zrike:

Collins and Saltonstall families,

I am excited to be launching a middle school superintendent’s advisory board to gather ideas and input from middle school students about how we can best enhance their school experience.  It is important for us to regularly hear from our students in order to make decisions that meet their educational needs.

We are looking for 10 or so dynamic young people across all three grade levels (7 from Collins and 3 from Saltonstall) to join this leadership group.  The meetings will occur monthly, during the school day, either in-person or via Zoom.  Interested students should fill out this application by Friday, February 4, 2022 in order to be considered.

All students who participate will:

  • Have opportunities to influence important district decisions by having direct communication with the superintendent
  • Receive a certificate of completion (which could be used on future employment and college applications/resumes)
  • Receive a thank you gift for participating in all sessions until the end of the year
  • Enjoy food/snacks at each meeting

Thank you for encouraging your children to participate.
Best,
Steve

Have a great weekend!
Matt Condon
Principal
